Shipping Timing :
Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding legal holidays and any exceptions noted on our website. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day. For orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM, shipment will generally occur on the following business day, typically Monday. Please be aware that choosing expedited shipping at checkout may add an extra day for processing.

PadelPROstore cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. 30-Day Return PolicyWe offer a 30-day return policy for all padel tennis, pickeball and beach tennis products. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Returns from U.S. territories are eligible for a free shipping label; shipping costs for returns from outside the U.S. are not covered.
