We typically process orders within 1 business day of receipt. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed on the following Monday.

Our goal is to prepare and ship your order promptly. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 2-4 business days, depending on your location.. 

Shipping Timing :

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding legal holidays and any exceptions noted on our website. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day. For orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM, shipment will generally occur on the following business day, typically Monday. Please be aware that choosing expedited shipping at checkout may add an extra day for processing.

Address Accuracy:
Ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided during the order process is the customer's responsibility. PadelPROstore cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. In such instances, refunds will not be issued, and if the order is returned, shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Tracking Information;

Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status and estimated arrival time of your order.

Please be aware that shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as holidays, carrier errors, or adverse weather conditions. These delays can affect all carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and others. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

                                             30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all padel tennis, pickeball and beach tennis products. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Defective Products

For defective products, once you contact us and your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Returns from U.S. territories are eligible for a free shipping label; shipping costs for returns from outside the U.S. are not covered. We will attempt to file a warranty case with the manufacturer to replace the product if it is still under warranty, but the final decision on whether the product is defective lies with the manufacturer.

To open a warranty case for padel rackets, please provide the following:

- Order Number and/or date of purchase
- Full pictures of the defective racket (front and back)
- Date when the defect was noticed
- Detailed explanation of how the defect occurred
- Additional information as required by the manufacturer

Customer Remorse

If you change your mind about a purchase, you can initiate a return by contacting us. If your return is accepted, you will need to print a shipping label and return the item to us. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find the item defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items. Returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. For questions about specific items, please contact us.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. No exceptions.

Exchanges

To get a different item, please return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one once your return is accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
