Defective Products

For defective products, once you contact us and your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Returns from U.S. territories are eligible for a free shipping label; shipping costs for returns from outside the U.S. are not covered.
