Brazil remains at risk in the 2024 Padel World Cup.
Brazil has lost its star player, former world number one Pablo Lima, ahead of the 2024 World Cup. This setback puts the country in a precarious position, particularly after their heavy defeat to Portugal in 2022.
Pablo Lima has been appointed as the new coach of the Brazilian men's padel team by the Confederação Brasileira de Padel. The federation has also announced the squad for the upcoming World Cup (FIP World Padel Championships Qatar 2024), scheduled from October 28 to November 2 in Doha, Qatar:
