The Starvie Drax Pro Touch introduces several new features in this version, highlighting the use of two layers of 12K carbon in the plane, which give it greater flexibility compared to 3K carbon, providing a softer feel and better ball output. Despite the softness of the carbon, the use of two layers brings greater power and control to the racket, making it ideal for technical and offensive players.
The medium-hard Pro Touch rubber is another new feature that provides an exceptional combination of control and power, allowing for greater sensitivity when striking the ball.
Advanced design for improved playability
The racket has a teardrop shape, with its optimal point balanced towards the tip, which favors more powerful and offensive shots. In addition, it incorporates the new Racing Tech technology, which is reflected in the roughness of the plane directly molded in aluminum, increasing the durability of the racket and providing more spin on every shot thanks to its multiple angled edges.

Shipping Timing :
Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding legal holidays and any exceptions noted on our website. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. For orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM EST, shipment will generally occur on the typically Monday.

Returns & Refund
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for all padel tennis, pickeball and beach tennis products. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Defective Products
For defective products, once you contact us and your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Returns from U.S. territories are eligible for a free shipping label; shipping costs for returns from outside the U.S. are not covered. We will attempt to file a warranty case with the manufacturer to replace the product if it is still under warranty, but the final decision on whether the product is defective lies with the manufacturer.
To open a warranty case for padel rackets, please provide the following:
- Order Number and/or date of purchase
- Full pictures of the defective racket (front and back)
- Date when the defect was noticed
- Detailed explanation of how the defect occurred
- Additional information as required by the manufacturer
Customer Remorse
If you change your mind about a purchase, you can initiate a return by contacting us. If your return is accepted, you will need to print a shipping label and return the item to us. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find the item defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items. Returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. For questions about specific items, please contact us.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. No exceptions.
Exchanges
To get a different item, please return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one once your return is accepted.
