The Tourna Premium Drop-Weight 175-CS Stringing Machine is an easy machine to operate. With a total weight of 67 pounds, this machine can travel to tournaments and requires no power. The six-point mounting system protects the frame during stringing, and a full octagonal turn table is space-saving and easy to maneuver. The machine features 2 slim five-tooth rotating clamps with a cone lock swivel base clamping system.

Shipping Information

  • Price includes UPS Ground shipping.
  • For air shipping we will contact you back with a quote.
  • All Stringing Machines/Ball Machines are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer and can ONLY be returned to the manufacturer for warranties, refunds or exchanges.
  • All Stringing Machines/Ball Machines must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. Returns outside of 30 days will not be accepted.
  • Stringing Machines/Ball Machines needing to be returned for any reason will require a Return Authorization (RA) issued by Tennis Express.
  • Returned products can be subject to a restocking fee plus shipping costs both ways.
  • Customer will pay return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will take 1-3 weeks, allowing time to verify product returned condition.
  • Manufacturer warranties will vary, please review product details.

Drop ship returns:

  • An unopened stringing machine box can only be returned within 24 hours of receiving the machine.
  • Any drop shipped item (shipped directly from the manufacturer) must be returned to the manufacturer within 30 days of the original invoice date.
  • You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Tennis Express. Please email Crystal@TennisExpress.com with your return request.
  • Any restocking fees and return shipping costs, the customer will be responsible for.
  • Return shipping labels are not provided for drop drop-shippeds.

Shipping

We typically process orders within 2-3 business day of receipt. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed on the following Monday.

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding legal holidays and any exceptions noted on our website. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. For orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM EST, shipment will generally occur on the typically Monday.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all padel tennis, pickeball and beach tennis products. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Defective Products

For defective products, once you contact us and your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Returns from U.S. territories are eligible for a free shipping label; shipping costs for returns from outside the U.S. are not covered. We will attempt to file a warranty case with the manufacturer to replace the product if it is still under warranty, but the final decision on whether the product is defective lies with the manufacturer.

To open a warranty case for padel rackets, please provide the following:

- Order Number and/or date of purchase
- Full pictures of the defective racket (front and back)
- Date when the defect was noticed
- Detailed explanation of how the defect occurred
- Additional information as required by the manufacturer

Customer Remorse

If you change your mind about a purchase, you can initiate a return by contacting us. If your return is accepted, you will need to print a shipping label and return the item to us. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find the item defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
