The Wilson Pro Staff X v14.0 Tennis Racquet bring something new to the established heritage of the Pro Staff. The X offers a larger 100 square-inch head size, with the same crisp feel, and headlight balance of the PS 97. The result is a Pro Staff which is easier to play, and more forgiving as well. The frame features Wilson`s Braid 45 construction, in which the double braided fibers are arranged at a 45-degree angle. The design improves ball pocketing and reinforces the racquet with incredible stability. Paradigm Bending is new in version 14. The new tech is a unique carbon fiber construction that optimizes the hoop and shaft`s bending profile for greater flex without losing power. Simply put, v14 has more flex in the shaft, similar to the classic Pro Staff racquets from the past. The Pro Staff X is 11.1 ounces unstrung, so it is designed for a stronger player who has the technical expertise to manage the weight. That being said, previous fans of the Pro Staff 97, who want a classic Pro Staff feel with greater forgiveness and pop, will love the Pro Staff X.

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding legal holidays and any exceptions noted on our website. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. For orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM EST, shipment will generally occur on the typically Monday.

30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for all padel tennis, pickeball and beach tennis products. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Defective Products
For defective products, once you contact us and your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Returns from U.S. territories are eligible for a free shipping label; shipping costs for returns from outside the U.S. are not covered. We will attempt to file a warranty case with the manufacturer to replace the product if it is still under warranty, but the final decision on whether the product is defective lies with the manufacturer.
To open a warranty case for padel rackets, please provide the following:
- Order Number and/or date of purchase
- Full pictures of the defective racket (front and back)
- Date when the defect was noticed
- Detailed explanation of how the defect occurred
- Additional information as required by the manufacturer
Customer Remorse
If you change your mind about a purchase, you can initiate a return by contacting us. If your return is accepted, you will need to print a shipping label and return the item to us. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find the item defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items. Returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. For questions about specific items, please contact us.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. No exceptions.
Exchanges
To get a different item, please return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one once your return is accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
